The session is led by the skilled and inspiring Tom Shanti, an expert in guiding meditation. Complementing these practices, guests can also enjoy complimentary tea and coffee as they unwind and rejuvenate in our serene environment.

  • Yoga or Pilates mat

  • Blanket (to keep warm towards the end of the session)

  • Pillow
