This Halloween, we're opening the Walcot Hall Arboretum after dark for a very different Halloween Trail, followed by a night of dub, reggae, big beat and breaks with Fraizer on the decks at The Powis Arms.
If you joined us for the last Big Ruckus Sound event at The Powis Arms, expect the same brilliant mix of music and atmosphere – this time with a Halloween twist.
Walcot Hall Arboretum
6pm–8pm
Last admission 7.30pm
Head into the Arboretum after dark and follow our Halloween Trail through the trees.
Expect spooky surprises, strange sights and a few things lurking in the darkness along the way.
The Arboretum will not be lit, so this really is Walcot after dark. Everyone attending will need to bring a torch and wear sensible, sturdy footwear.
The trail is outdoors and follows natural paths through the Arboretum, so expect uneven ground, leaves and potentially muddy or slippery conditions depending on the weather.
Fancy dress is very much encouraged – the spookier the better.
Once you've survived the trail, head down to The Powis Arms, Lydbury North, where Fraizer will be back on the decks.
7.30pm–10pm
Expect the same sounds as the last Big Ruckus night:
DUB • REGGAE • BIG BEAT • BREAKS
Jacket potatoes with a choice of toppings will also be available at The Powis Arms throughout the evening.

This is strictly an 18+ event. No under-18 tickets are available.
The Halloween Trail is an outdoor night-time event and will not be illuminated.
Please bring:
A torch
Sensible shoes or boots
Warm/waterproof clothing suitable for the weather
Your Halloween fancy dress
Trail open 6pm–8pm. Last admission strictly 7.30pm.
You can head to The Powis Arms as soon as you have completed the trail – you don't need to wait until 8pm.
Come for the scares. Stay for the sounds.
